to feed our growing population…
And with 80% of the world food supply in some way dependent on honeybee pollination,
this is more than just a beekeeping problem it’s a world problem.

Blazer aims to digitize the beekeeping industry to enable scientific beekeeping
and thereby save and protect honeybees for future generations.
Meet the Blazer Team
CEO
Business background with beekeping experience. Joined Francis to apply for the TCD LaunchBox Program 2015 where the company was co-founded. Experience in public speaking, direct sales, sales force management, networking; recruiting, training, managing, and motivating teams. As CEO Joseph is in charge of Blazer’s direction, financial planning, internal management, and presentation.
CTO
Engineering background with beekeeping experience. Conceived the the initial idea when his father’s hives were killed off by Varroa mite infestations. Francis has experience in control theory, nuclear engineering project management, and most importantly programing, robotics and automation. These skills are key for his engineering role on the team and have proven integral to prototype development.
